Biography
Hang Shuai is a Research Associate Professor in the Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His main research interests include power system resilience under extreme weather events, reinforcement learning for power system operation and control, and multi-energy systems.
