Administrative Specialist I, Electrical Engineering & Computer Science



Pay Grade 35

The purpose of this position is to assist the Governor’s Chair by fulfilling administrative tasks. Examples include but are not limited to: telephone reception, travel arrangements, event coordination, proposal assistance, fiscal monitoring of project accounts and providing transportation for visitors between the airport, UT and ORNL.  Day-to-day decisions about the travel and logistics commitments will be the responsibility of this position. 


Responsibilities include:

    Human Resources

   Travel Management

    Events Planning



Minimum Qualifications

High school degree plus 5 years of relevant work experience.
