About the Role

As a QA Engineer you will estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities as a dedicated member of one or more scrum teams working in Agile methodologies. You will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in the Atlassian system Jira in working with our Member Services team.


  • Contribute to product scoping and definition
  • Whitebox and blackbox testing of new features
  • Write tests and contribute to test library
  • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Document and maintain software functionality
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and keep up-to-date on product
  • Work with deployed automated testing solutions
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards


  • Minimum 2 years work experience in software QA engineering or equivalent
  • Hands on experience testing interactive applications
  • Meticulous attention to detail and software usability
  • Experience in testing and/or developing web applications
  • Experience with test-driven development
  • Working knowledge of software troubleshooting and debugging tools
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications
  • Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
  • Conscientious, proactive team player with ability to work under pressure

  • Experience testing REST api
  • Experience with Agile development, Git, JIRA, Testrail
  • Interests in Entertainment
  • Experience with Travis CI platform and Jenkins
  • Software Development experience with LAMP Stack, Javascript (AngularJS), and basic SQL development
  • Hands on experience with Selenium, Protractor, or other automation tools
