New Grad - SharePoint Developer/Administrator Opportunity
Currently seeking a qualified candidate for a dynamic opportunity for future growth as a SharePoint Developer/Administrator; this position is located 1.5 hours north of Memphis TN. Salary range expected is $70-80K, dependent on background and experience. The client also presents an impressive total compensation package with full benefits and bonus structure. This position will be responsible for working with users and internal technical staff to ensure the Microsoft SharePoint Platform is meeting the needs of the business.
This will include training and support, requirements gathering, ensuring internal client satisfaction and configuring new and modifying existing SharePoint Farm applications.
The SharePoint Administrator will also be responsible for the day-to-day farm maintenance and upkeep including but not limited to adding new users, scheduled back-ups, ensuring system performance, farm governance, and maintaining up to date and accurate documentation.
Collective 2 years' experience with SharePoint 2007, 2010, or 2013 is required.
Experience in creating and governing "Out of the Box" SharePoint features such as basic InfoPath forms, configuring Lists, Sites, Search, Web Parts, and establishing content types.
Experience administering business related Microsoft SharePoint 2007-2013 solutions.
Must be available to work on-site 5 days a week (Monday through Friday).
Must be available to work on a rotating on-call basis, including nights and weekends.
Experience with SharePoint Designer, Business Connectivity Services, SharePoint Management Shell.
Clear understanding of SharePoint architecture, out of the box features versus customization.
Manufacturing-related IT experience, with a preference for process-related industries similar to the steel environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Certifications such as MCSE, MCITP.
Experience with other systems, i.e. Unix, Linux, PHP is a very nice to have.
Qualified candidates must have a positive recommendation from their Department Manager and General Manager. This is a ROA position with starting pay grade based on background and experience.
