Dr. Arel is currently an associate professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Tennessee. From 2000 to 2003 he was with TeraCross, Inc., a fables semiconductor company developing Terabit/sec switch fabric integrated circuits, where he held several key positions including chief scientist. Dr. Arel is a recipient of the Intel scholarship for excellence in Ph.D. studies.
