Background

From 1999 to 2010, Dr. Gu worked at Sarnoff Corporation, Princeton, NJ. His current research interest is in graphene-based devices for RF and other applications. He also has extensive experience with organic semiconductor electronic and optoelectronic devices.

Postdoctoral Researcher Position Opening

We are seeking a post-doctoral researcher with expertise in electronic/optoelectronic devices based on graphene and/or organic thin films. Qualifications should include hands-on, in-depth experience with the design, fabrication, characterization, and analysis of devices such as transistors and solar cells. Experience with graphene synthesis and characterization as well as organic material characterization are highly desirable. Successful candidates should be able to work on independent research projects and lead a team of graduate students.
