Full Stack PHP Drupal Developer with full benefits


  • Maintain existing Drupal website for 100+ storefronts including bug fixing and additional PHP development
  • Translate general ideas and suggestions into usable software
  • Manage and administrate suite of enterprise services used for e-commerce and normal retail business including Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, and other SaaS-related services
  • Assist franchisees in learning and using software
  • Own and lead large-scale web projects in coordination with services, design and delivery teams
  • Manage multiple franchisees, projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Document and communicate delivery instruction for internal teams and user instructions for franchisees
  • Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to our franchisees
  • Develop and document the processes, guidelines, best practices and standards to ensure a consistent delivery approach with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Provide thought leadership across all phases of delivery
  • Identify future tools and strategy, and create the business case for adoption and implementation
  • Work with internal and external partners to resolve issues (e.g., timelines, resources, communication strategy)-be a collaborative partner across internal teams, contractors, vendors and our franchisees
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends (techniques and technologies), including social and mobile innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or technology-related field, including:
  • Three-plus years of development experience in Drupal 8 and Pantheon
  • Experience developing custom Drupal Modules (plugins) in PHP
  • Experience in caching systems and performance management in Drupal or similar CMS tools
  • Experience building web-apps, web-forms, and utilizing HTTP APIs
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and experience in reverse-engineering existing systems and codebases
  • Solid knowledge of backend server components, APIs, and performance optimization
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Leadership, influencing, and strategic management skills to facilitate working in a global, cross-functional team

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Drupal Commerce is a plus
  • MS in Computer Science (with some specialty in Systems architecture or Application Development)
  • Demonstrated global software development experience
  • Exposure or experience in the franchise industry
