CS Intern/Student Worker- Internet Communications, Tennessee Athletics

In our group, Internet Communications, we build and maintain a bunch of internal utilities for our fundraising staff, fan experience and other groups within athletics. We also support our media relations staff’s use of our official website ( and build public-facing pages and sites.

We’re looking for a student or two with some familiarity with web basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) who wants to learn more and help us develop some web applications. We have production apps using Angular, React, Node, PHP, MySQL and MongoDB, so there’s a good sampling of some web technologies available. We’re happy to teach and train; all we’re looking for is someone who is fired up about web technologies, wants to learn more (and share what they learn and know with us) and has a little bit of experience already.

Since we’ve transitioned to a lot more programming and development work over the last few years, we think it’s a great fit for CS students.

Our hours are flexible, and there’s an opportunity for pay as well.
