The number indicates the time of day:

The letter “L” indicates a Lecture while “P” indicates a Poster.
The final letter indicates the room:
A = 200-A, B = 200-B, C = 200-C, D = 300-A, E = 300-B, F = 300-C

Lecture Presentation Times
Each session is 90 minutes total and has 4 time slots of 22.5 mins. each.
That means each paper is allocated 20 minutes including Q/A and 2.5 mins.
for introduction. The 20 minutes should be 16-18 mins. for presentation
and 2-4 mins. for Q/A.
Therefore, paper start times are:
10:20, 10:42, 11:05, 11:27
13:20, 13:42, 14:05, 14:27
15:10, 15:32, 15:55, 16:17
To facilitate “session-hopping” by attendees, the session chairs will adhere
to the printed schedule and keep the presenters on-time. Thus, if there is
a no-show or only 3 papers in a session, then that time slot will go empty.
Presenters should email their PPT or PDF files and short bios to their
session chairs prior to the symposium.
Poster Presentation Instructions
A bulletin board (8-feet tall by 4-feet wide) and tacks will be provided for each poster. All poster sessions will be held in the Park Concourse.
Poster sessions are a good way for authors to present papers and meet with interested attendees for in-depth technical discussions. In addition, attendees find that poster sessions are a good way to sample many papers in parallel. Therefore, it is important that you display your results clearly and strikingly so as to attract people who might have an interest in your paper.
You should prepare your poster well in advance of the conference and bring all of your printed poster materials to the conference. Ideally your poster should be plotted on a single 30” X 40” sheet in landscape orientation. Alternatively, you can generate 6-10 8.5” X 11” pages using PowerPoint and tack them together at the conference.
Your poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your work. It should NOT attempt to include all the details; you can describe them to those that are interested. The ideal poster is designed to (1) attract attention; (2) provide a brief overview of your work; and (3) initiate discussion.
You should set up your poster during the break just prior to the session in which your presentation is scheduled. Plan to remain with the poster for the entire session and then take your materials down immediately.
Prepare a one-minute pre-poster overview and a short presentation (several minutes) that you can periodically give to those assembled around your poster. Be ready to give it several times as people move though the area.
Proceedings
The MWSCAS-2008 Proceedings will be published on 1-GByte flash drives
that will be included in your registration materials at the symposium.
The Proceedings will be included in the IEEE Catalog as
ISBN: 978-1-4244-2167-1; ISSN: 1548-3746
