** MWSCAS-2008 Best VLSI Papers to appear in Special Issues of Journal of VLSI Design **

Two special issues are planned:
one for digital VLSI and one for analog circuit design.

Each special issue will have a guest editor who will select
the best 20-25 papers and invite submissions. 

Each manuscript (which must be an extension of a paper in the
MWSCAS-2008 Proceedings) will go through the normal VLSI Design
review process and will be assessed by at least two reviewers.

It is expected that about 15 papers will be accepted for publication
in each special issue.
