Seniors, newly arrived graduate students, or graduate students completing their first year as a graduate student, who are considering or intending to apply for an NSF Graduate Research Fellowship (https://www.nsfgrfp.org/; https://www.nsfgrfp.org/applicants/important_dates):

The Office of Research and Engagement is offering a workshop for students interested in applying to the National Science Foundation’s Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP). The GRFP provides three years of support for graduate study that leads to a research-based master’s or doctoral degree in fields support by NSF.  Applications are to be submitted to NSF between about October 22nd and 26th, 2018.

The workshop will be held Sept. 19, 10:30-11:30 in 1210 McClung. For more information, contact Diana Moyer at dmoyer@tuk.edu.
