Songnan Yang wins IEEE RWS Competition
Mr. Songnan Yang was awarded “Best Paper” during the 2008 IEEE Radio and Wireless Symposium held in Orlando, Florida this January. His presentation “Novel Reconfigurable Multi-Band Antennas for Multi-Radio Platforms” was selected by a panel of 17 judges from a field of 75 students representing 59 countries. The best paper award included a $1,500 check and payment of all travel expenses. Congratulations to Songnan and his adviser Dr. Aly Fathy for this excellent achievement.
