Job Posting Guidelines

Submissions must be in text format. Submit new job postings via e-mail to: deptinfo@eecs.utk.edu. Job postings submitted with no hiring deadline will be removed after 90 days. Please follow this general format:

  • Job Title
  • Location: Include city, state and country.
  • Overview: Include a short paragraph with a job description.
  • Responsibilities: Use one sentence for each.
  • Requirements or Qualifications: Use one sentence for each. Differentiate between required and desirable qualifications.
  • Application Process:
    • Include the application deadline and submission requirements: i.e. an application, resume, transcript, letter of recommendation, as desired.
    • Include contact information: name, address, telephone, email, company URL.
    • Include equal opportunity employer information if applicable.
